Trade Mode Limited Terms and Condition
We at, Trade Mode Limited, prefer to work with below terms and conditions:
Price Confirmation:
Upon receipt of the Detail Inquiry and/or Original Sample, we quote for the same. If price generally agreed, we proceed proto-type samples in available similar material for quality checking by customer.
Customer Provided Specifications:
We need PO, all details and specifications, i.e., style, design, composition, fabric weight, color/s (Textile Pantones), measurement chart, art-works of print/embroidery and labels/tags, packing instructions, shipping marks from customer’s end to proceed for each confirmed order. We will make patter by ourselves.
On Time Delivery:
Delivery of any consignment is the most important issue. So as to make sure of the timely delivery, we need customer’s comments on the samples sent within 2-3 working days upon receipt of the samples.
Terms of Delivery:
We prefer to work on FOB basis. We work on CNF basis as well.
In case of sea shipment, goods will be shipped out from Chittagong port of Bangladesh.
In case of air shipment, goods will be shipped out from Dhaka airport of Bangladesh.
Transshipment must be allowed.
Delivery Lead Time:
30 days to 60days + transit time depending on the style, quantity, etc.
Payment Term:
We prefer payment by Irrevocable and Transferable Letter of Credit at Sight Condition.
In case of invoice value less than US$ 3,000.00, we prefer T/T (80% in advance and balance 20% when goods are ready for shipment)
